Jean is a qualified Access Consultant accredited with the National Register of Access Consultants (NRAC) and the Inclusive Environments Consultancy (IEC) register. She is also a qualified and experienced trainer in Disability Equality and Awareness and inclusive design and has contributed to a number of publications on accessible service provision. As a qualified fire risk assessor, Jean has developed a specialism in evacuation plans for disabled people and has worked with a number of small and large organisations with complex evacuation requirements.

Work is undertaken throughout the UK and overseas and clients are equally spread across the public, private and voluntary sectors.
